Simulation data (R2)

Large simulation outputs (*.hdf5, *.h5) are not committed to git — see DATA.md in the repo root for the Cloudflare R2 storage layout and upload/download instructions.

Docs build

This site is built with MkDocs Material from docs/. To add a new project to the nav:

1. Add an entry to PROJECTS in tools/build_docs_site.py (id, section, source directory, which files to surface).
2. Run python tools/build_docs_site.py — this syncs READMEs/figures into docs/generated/ and rewrites the relevant section page.
3. mkdocs build, then ./tools/serve_docs.sh to preview, or just let the next scheduled rebuild pick it up.
